SANJEEVANI AI builds METRIS, an AI Readiness Measurement System for mid-size healthcare and insurance organizations. METRIS independently and continuously measures Human Readiness and AI Governance to give organizations evidence-backed insight into their organizational AI readiness.

## What METRIS measures
METRIS measures two things independently. They are never averaged, blended, or reduced to a single combined number.

- Human Readiness: scenario-based measurement of how people understand, judge, and use AI in their actual work. Covers knowledge and judgment under realistic conditions, responsible-use behavior, shadow AI exposure, training outcomes that persist, and role-specific readiness.
- AI Governance: continuous measurement of the governance evidence an organization produces, and what that evidence indicates. Covers evidence that controls actually operate, accountability and ownership, alignment to recognized frameworks, missing evidence distinguished from failure, and change over time.

Together they describe organizational AI readiness.

## The approach
Policies, assessments, and training records show what an organization intended. METRIS examines what the accumulated evidence indicates about what is actually true. It establishes a baseline, separates missing evidence from evidence of failure, tracks change over time, and keeps every result traceable to the evidence underneath it.

## Scope, stated plainly
METRIS measures the governance around AI systems and the readiness of the people using them. It does not evaluate model weights and does not replace model validation.
