These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website sanjeevaniai.com, the METRIS™ platform, the Scout AI™ (preview) chat interface, and all related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by SANJEEVANI AI LLC ("SANJEEVANI AI," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

Description of Services

SANJEEVANI AI provides AI readiness measurement services through the METRIS™ platform, plus the Scout AI™ conversational guide as a preview component. Our Services include:

• METRIS™ Platform: An AI readiness measurement system that produces separate calibrated scores for an organization's AI systems and its workforce, each reported with its confidence range and the evidence behind it.
• Scout AI™ (preview): A preview AI-powered conversational guide that answers questions about AI literacy and governance. Scout AI is a preview component and is not a generally available product.

Use of Services

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms to use our Services.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services.
• Transmit any malware, viruses, or harmful code through the Services.
• Use the Services to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Misrepresent your identity or organizational affiliation.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data without written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code, algorithms, scoring methodologies, or checkpoint architectures of the METRIS™ platform.

METRIS™ Scores and Assessments

Nature of Scores

METRIS™ governance scores are informational assessments based on the documentation, data, and organizational signals provided to us.

Not Legal or Regulatory Advice

METRIS™ scores do not constitute legal advice, regulatory certification, or a guarantee of compliance.

Score Confidentiality

Your METRIS™ scores and assessment results are confidential to your organization. We will not disclose your scores to third parties without your explicit written consent, except as required by law.

Document Retention

Documents you upload are destroyed after extraction and scoring. We do not retain them. You are responsible for retaining your own records for your own purposes, including any external audit.

Scout AI™ (preview)

Scout AI™ is a preview component and is not a generally available product. Responses generated by Scout AI are informational and should not be treated as professional advice. You should verify any critical information independently.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, scoring methodologies, assessment frameworks, checkpoint architectures, algorithms, software, trademarks (including METRIS™ and SANJEEVANI AI), and other intellectual property associated with the Services are owned by SANJEEVANI AI LLC or its licensors.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for their intended purposes.

Fees and Payment

Certain features of our Services may require payment. Fees, payment terms, and billing details will be communicated before you incur any charges. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SANJEEVANI AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SANJEEVANI AI LLC from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination
