The Missouri AI Readiness Pilot
A structured six-month engagement with three to five Missouri agencies. Inventory the AI in use. Produce a baseline readiness score. Train workforce. Surface gaps. Re-score and report. Built to produce evidence the Office of Administration can show federal partners, legislators, and the public.
A structured way to answer the questions that are coming
Federal AI guidance is tightening. Inspector general questions are landing. Legislators are asking what oversight Missouri has in place. The pilot turns those pressures into a deliverable: a real readiness score, real gap surfacing, real workforce training, and a real quarterly report. Repeatable across agencies. Comparable over time.
Six months · Three phases · One artifact
Four deliverables per agency
Agencies with AI exposure, leadership willing to look at it
The pilot is built for agencies that already have AI in production or in active procurement, leadership willing to share findings with the Office of Administration, and a designated AI lead who can participate in the six-month cadence. Three to five agencies will be selected. Selection is based on readiness signals, exposure surface, and pilot fit.
